The design and refurbishment from shell and core of a television Main Control Room over two levels for this global media broadcaster.

Designed in partnership with a Los Angeles based architect, works include a bespoke feature Ground Floor ceiling canopy and an external generator, exhaust flue and bespoke fuel tank sited in the Lower Ground Floor car park. 4,000 sq ft refurbishment completed in 20 weeks.
