Landlord strip out and removal of a central block work wall to create a single office demise.
Works undertaken for the Landlord to bring the natural light across the whole floor and to expose the mechanical and electrical services.
A new oak timber floor throughout and the installation of a shower room and WC facilities. The structural columns were sand blasted to expose the concrete and give the industrial look which included perimeter galvanised steel trunking and electrical tray work.
