5,000 sq ft refurbishment in occupation for Warc as they wanted to move staff up to the Ground Floor to take advantage of better natural light and move their meeting spaces to the Lower Ground Floor as they decided to extend their lease.

The works were undertaken over numerous phases to minimise disruption to their business. Key features include a move to a “bench” style desking system to utilise the space available and informal break out furniture on both floors.
