A move from the Tottenham Court Road to the heart of St. James’s for these movers and shakers in the independent financial advisory world coming back to Stabb for the second time after their merger with Waverton Investment Managers.
The brief was to re-use their steel –framed partitioning and to re-create the stripped back, exposed services look in a super modern Pontegadea building in St. James’s.
Features include, crown-cut timber floor from Italy and broadloom carpet throughout the open plan areas. Also the removal of the suspended grid ceiling and standard lights in the reception area and staff tea-point and the installation of exposed air-conditioning ductwork and fancoil units and feature pendant lights to create a less formal working environment.
