A comprehensive consultancy led space audit and re-design of the existing office space for these market-leading St. James’s financiers.
The successful introduction of open plan agile working, incorporating informal meeting areas, lockers, soft seating and acoustic wall panels to control noise levels.
The re-design was completed during the Covid pandemic in parallel with an IT migration to laptops to encourage collaborative working whether in the office or working from home. Stabb delivered a fresh and comfortable work environment for staff returning to the office with their colleagues.
Also more efficient use of existing meeting room space by installing a folding wall to create two smaller meeting spaces to better cater for the increased demand for visual and acoustic privacy for small Zoom/Teams meetings.
